Tenants Together is the main representative body for
Residents
of
Portsmouth Housing Association (PHA)
As such it will work on behalf of all residents of PHA
to maintain
and improve standards of service.
The group is called Tenants Together (TT) for short.
We are made up of Residents of
Portsmouth Housing Association (PHA)
any Resident of PHA can become a member.
Members come from all walks of life and vary in ages.
If you decide to become a member of TT
you will have the chance
to go
on other
committees
within PHA.
We have 2 members on the group
board.
We also sit on panels to interview front line staff.
We have
2 social events each year
1 in summer and 1 at Christmas.
Members of TT attend conferences throughout the year and we send
2 members
to the Tenant Participation Adviser Service (TPAS)
national
conference each year
which is held in Birmingham
and runs for 3 days.
We also offer a wide range of training for members of TT these includes:
Equality & Diversity
Anti-Social Behaviour
How to take minutes
Confidence training
First-Aid
How to read Board papers
Book keeping
Tenants Together now have there own office which is in the Spithead Resource Centre which is in Montgomerie Road Southsea, which is just off Victoria Road North, Southsea.
